He shared that CRYOTOS has grown from a few customers to around 140 customers and 5,000 users across more than 20 industries, and that its maintenance platform has expanded from CMMS to enterprise asset management, TPM, and AI-driven decision support.

Looking ahead, the company plans to add IoT-based predictive maintenance and extend its reach beyond India.
