Bettinelli’s RAM 16 Rotary Assembly Machine For Automated Assembly & Inspection

The RAM Rotary assembly machine is designed for automated assembly and inspection processes that require high precision along with smooth motions and fast cycle times. It is built around a modular design that allows the placement of different modules in any of the 16 dial plate stations according to the project requirements.

RAM provides accurate rotary indexing of each workstation for pick & place, pressing and inspection control processes. The dial plate is equipped with removable fixture pads that can be easily customized and allows for quick and easy production changeovers. Additional handling/work modules can be added over the production requirements for different part assemblies.
